Corrugated Glazing

These sheets are invaluable for scratchbuilding, saving many hours of repetitive work creating the various surface patterns and textures. They are the same as those used in the Craftsman kits to make extension work easier. Each pack contains 4 sheets 130mm x 75mm of vacuum formed clear plastic.

Relay Boxes

A more modern trackside detail, concrete trunking (SS87) would carry the cabling along the lineside between boxes. Supplied with pre-coloured parts although painting and/or weathering can add realism; glue is required to complete this model.

Fruit and Veg Stall

A little stall draped with imitation grass and topped with four open wooden boxes displaying farm fresh cauliflower, carrots, potatoes and apples. The Harburn Hamlet range of painted resin accessories provide interesting scenic details to go around the station and streets of your layout.

Turnout, Medium Radius, Left Hand

Gauge One models are built to a scale of 10mm/foot, or approx 1:30 scale. This is a great scale for live steam locomotives, or electric and internal combustion models. This scale is often used in the great outdoors, however, indoor scenic layouts are not unknown.

Turnout, Medium Radius, Right Hand

Gauge One models are built to a scale of 10mm/foot, or approx 1:30 scale. This is a great scale for live steam locomotives, or electric and internal combustion models. This scale is often used in the great outdoors, however, indoor scenic layouts are not unknown.

Turnout, Medium Radius, Left Hand

A popular size especially in the garden, SM-32 models are built to a scale of 16mm/foot and run on a gauge of 32mm, the equivalent of a two foot gauge railway. SM-32 has become the first choice for many narrow gauge enthusiasts who want to operate live steam locomotives by radio control, the large size of the locomotives means plenty of room for the receiver and control servos. The SM-32 Streamline track system is compatible with the SM-32 Setrack system.

Buffer Stop

For large scale narrow gauge models running on 45mm gauge track, it is designed for electrically powered models but is also entirely suitable for running radio controlled live steam trains. The robust construction makes it equally at home for use both indoors and outside. These Buffer Stops are compatible with the G45 Setrack system.

Rail Joiner

Peco Streamline Flat Bottom 0 Gauge track is superbly detailed, with correct scale width 'wood grain' sleepers and integrally moulded baseplates with Pandrol (TM) type rail fixings.

The SL-713 Transition Track is an ideal way to connect Flat Bottom track to the Bullhead Setrack and Streamline track systems.

Buffer Stop, Rail-built

Detailed model of the standard British Railways type. Three plastic moulded parts which, after assembly, clip onto the rails.

Insulated Rail Joiner

Peco Streamline Code 75 track meets the standards of enthusiasts who prefer to run trains on scale height rail. This rail height is used for our 00/H0 Fine Standard Track Systems (Ref nos. SL-100F, 102F, 104F, 106F) and our H0m (SL-1400) and H0n3 (SL-1500) track ranges; these joiners can also be used with the Code 83 Line American range (SL-8300 and 8302) and Code 75 Bullhead track (SL-108F).

Design prevents adjacent rails from touching whilst holding them in alignment. Insulated rail joiners are required to provide electrical breaks where Electrofrog turnouts are used, for more details see our Wiring the Layout publications Nos 4 and 21.

Pro Grass Micro Applicator

The Pecoscene Static Grass range enables modellers to produce realistic fields, grassed areas, moorlands and embankments. The Static Grass Applicators PSG-1, 2 and 3 electrostatically charge the grass filaments so that they stand vertically, regardless of the terrain. The PSG-1 applicator is designed for creating medium to large areas, such as lawns, fields, moorlands etc. Mixing various lengths and colours of grasses can produce highly realistic textures and effects. Our Shows You How Booklet No 13 Detailing the Landscape and Youtube video clips show the effects that can be created.

GWR 12ton Motor Car Van

Similar to diagram G31, these wagons were built in 1946 and 1947, but with a plywood body. They lasted into the 1960s. Transfers for GWR and BR. These finely moulded plastic wagon kits come complete with pin point axle wheels and bearings, 3 link couplings and transfers. This kit is supplied with pre-coloured moulded parts although painting can improve the appearance. Additional parts to enable the vehicle to be modelled incorporating modifications made to the prototypes during their working life are included where appropriate.

GWR 12ton Motor Car Van

350 of these were built between 1933 and 1936. Their telegraphic code was MOGO. The main traffic was from Morris Cowley, but might also have been used for general merchandise. All were withdrawn in the 1960s.

BR 16ton Mineral Wagon

The sloped sided design evolved from pre-1939 private owner wagons built by Chas. Roberts and Co. After the liberation of France 2,500 were shipped over there, 1,900 later returning. Around 10,000 were in stock with BR, with withdrawal taking place in the 1960s. Some ended up private industry use. Transfers for BR.

BR 16ton Mineral Wagon

The definitive BR standard mineral wagon produced in vast quantities during the 1950s, and used well in to the 1980s, carrying coal, scrap metal and many different minerals. Parts included for Instanter couplings and double brake gear. Transfers for early, late and post-TOPS BR.

GWR 12ton Covered Goods Wagon

Dia. V24: hand brake only (1933 – 1943); V23: vacuum brakes (1933 - 1941); V26, known as ‘PARTO’ was as a V23 with internal partitions (1935 – 1939). Many lasted into the 1970s. Transfers for GWR and BR. These finely moulded plastic wagon kits come complete with pin point axle wheels and bearings, 3 link couplings and transfers. This kit is supplied with pre-coloured moulded parts although painting can improve the appearance.
