The station serving this Ayrshire coastal resort is much rationalised and served by electric trains; its steam-age heyday, excursion trains and all, is studied by Stewart Clinton as a basis for a new layout project.

Les Nehrlich was inspired to model this N gauge layout by the former Cambrian Railways. Parts of it have been refurbished after many years in storage.

Craig Tiley embarks on a new layout project - a small north of England freight-only terminus showcasing the recently-released Peco bullhead code 75 plain line and pointwork from this renowned Devon-based manufacturer.

A secluded Ffestiniog Railway request stop on the Porthmadog side of Tan-y-Bwlch, modelled in OO9 by Jon Potter as a stage on which to show off his extensive model collection of the FR's home-based locos and stock, plus those which have visited the Welsh gem.
