SR 12ton Even Planked Ventilated Box Van Kit

1,000 of this design were built by the Southern Railway from 1936 to 1939. Extra vents and transfers are included for the Dover ferry van version. Glue and paints are required to complete this model.

SR BY Utility Van

SR CCT Parcels Van

50 of these vans were built in 1938, with examples lasting into the 1980s and used to carry parcels, mail, luggage and motor vehicles. They were equally at home on branch line or main line trains. SR Loading Gauge

Station Barrow Crossing

Stone Goods Shed

The essential items for all stations until recently was a goods shed. Inside, dry goods were stored and transhipped from road to rail via the internal platform. The shed usually had a crane (Ref 531) or hoist (Ref 543) inside, whilst pallets and sacks (Ref 514) would be seen stacked around the site. A good example of this type of goods shed can still be seen standing in Ross on Wye, long after the railway has disappeared. Straight Level Crossing

The Setrack Level Crossings can be positioned virtually anywhere on your layout. There are four radii available in curved crossings, plus the straight crossing and add on unit . These simply clip together so that you can cross up to four tracks on a curve and any number of tracks on the straight.
