WARLEY NATIONAL 2020 goes Online! - 28th & 29th November

28th & 29th will see the Warley National Model Railway Exhibition 2020 go online!

Like many exhibitions and meetings around the country this year, Warley MRC have opted to host the annual Warley National Model Railway Exhibitions online in their first virtual model railway exhibition.

The show will feature a whole host exciting content, including visits to several model railway builders and their layouts (including Pop legend Peter Waterman), modelling demonstrations and exclusive interviews with numerous model railway manufactures (including the like of Peco, Hornby & Bachmann).

Also, as a prelude to the event the club are holding a competition for the younger enthusiasts to build a display “plank”. This light-hearted competition is has proved very popular, with lots entries all ready! For more details on how to enter click here.

Andy Hudson, producer of the online event in conjunction with show manager Nigel Smith and the Warley Club members, divulged they have been burning the midnight oil in preparation for weeks.

"We've got lots go both live & pre-recorded video content coming from modellers, enthusiasts and manufactures to broadcast over the weekend. A very successful test of the equipment - cameras and sound for the liver action coverage from the Warley clubrooms - has taken place and although there are lots of unknowns hanging over us, we are confident of putting on a really fantastic online showcase for you to enjoy!"
