Hatton's Model Railways received the first engineering samples of their forth coming Genesis 4 & 6 Wheel Coaches project.
The samples follow only a few weeks on from the reveal of the CAD's and demonstrate how advanced the project is.
In a selection of images and videos, the Hatton's Originals team showcase just some of the variations between each individual coach, including roof, wheel and interior details.
All coaches will feature remove roofs, allowing easy access to the coach interiors and optional lighting feature, with built in 18 pin digital socket.
Six wheel variants will feature a sliding centre axle, which allows to the coach to negotiate sharper curves, whilst not detracting from the overall look. This axle is also removable, for those who wish to recreate these coaches in their later lives.

Delivery of the first batch of liveries is expected from Q2 2021 onwards.
