Fog Man, Hut and Brazier

Pack contains Fogman, Hut and Brazier. A Fogman, when fog or snow reduced visibility, placed detonators on the rails ahead of signals or temporary speed restrictions imposed due to works etc. to provide additional warning to train drivers.

This kit replicates the precast concrete Southern Region example, often paired with the Concrete Hut (ref 518). Garage Accessories

Approximate sizes: Island 75mm long x 15mm wide x 3mm thick, to hold the Air Pump (18mm x 10mm x 27mm), Oil Cabinet (16mm x 7mm x 19mm) and Tyre Rack (15mm x 8mm x 12mm).

Garage/Workshop

Approximate size: 85mm long x 67mm deep x 50mm high.
This building, based on a standard design, has brown brick walls with a curved corrugated iron roof. Details include a pair of large wooden doors (one with access door inset), two long windows on one side wall and a single back door and office window at the rear. Although 'Garage and Workshop' is displayed on the nameboard above the front doors, with this sticker removed the building would look right on a farm, airfield, barracks or commercial premises, placed singly or in multiple. Garden Arbour

This is another of the little things that can help to add the 'feel good factor' to a part of your layout. An arbour with slate roof, wooden seat and roses growing up either side, it's perfect for that secluded, sunny spot. It also makes the ideal bus shelter for a country setting.

General Purpose Railway Office

This medium sized brick built office with its pitched slate roof and traditional architecture has all the charm of a steam era railway building. It is ideally suited for a goods yard or station complex. Could also be used with a weighbridge or as a canal side office.

Goods Shed

The Craftsman series from Wills offers the more experienced modeller a cost effective way to make large, highly individual models. They cover a range of typically British buildings both railway and domestic; each kit includes plastic moulded materials sheets, detailed parts, illustrated instructions and templates. The use of sheet materials rather than moulded parts for the main components allows the opportunity to easily modify the design to suit your needs. Should you wish to extend the building the same materials sheets are available separately (see the Wills Materials Pack range). Similarly it would be easy to add additional doors and/or windows if required.

GWR 10ton Banana Van
