Accurascale have released an update on their ambitious Class 37 Project, which aims covers the missing class variants of this iconic locomotive in 00 / 4mm gauge. Models will cover the original five class members, classic 80's Scottish variants, the modern 37/4's & 37/6's, as well as the Class 97.
In this latest update Accurascale reveal the latest CAD's for the project, which demonstrate just some of the many detail differences between these Class members; this is most noticeable on the 37/6, with all seven of the planned models featuring completely different body and under frame configurations, with no two the same.
The manufacture hope the first tooling samples will be available to view sometime in November, all being well, decorated samples could follow in early 2021.
We look forward to seeing more developments on this ambitious project, and as always we look forward to bring you a full review of these models when released.
