Who We Are
PECO is the trading name of Pritchard Patent Product Co. Ltd, an independent, family-owned British company founded in 1946 and now in its third generation. From our home in Beer, Devon, a team of designers, engineers, editors and modellers works to a simple commitment: make things well, treat customers fairly and keep improving. It has carried us through 80 years, and it guides everything still to come.

Family-Owned Since 1946
PECO began in a small Devon workshop just after the war, founded by Sydney Pritchard with a patent, a workbench and a belief that modellers deserved better track. Three generations later the company remains family-owned and fiercely independent, still based in Beer, still manufacturing in Britain and still guided by the founding instinct to put the hobby first.
Today the world of PECO spans three divisions, connecting manufacturing, experience and retail in service of one hobby.
