Magazine Subscriptions Update

We would like to apologise to any subscribers who may have experienced a delayed response regarding new and renewal subscriptions or may have lost access to the digital archive.

Unfortunately the provider of the software we used to manage subscriptions gave us notice that they had gone into liquidation on the evening of Friday 7th August and would be switching off their servers by the end of Monday 10th August which would mean we would lose access to the system.  The team at PECO have worked extremely hard to very quickly get a new system up and running but given the very short notice we were given sadly it has meant that a few customers may have experienced issues. We are extremely sorry if this has impacted you but thank you for your understanding while we get everything back up and running smoothly.

One area we haven’t been able to fix is the ability to take Direct Debit payments.  The last Direct Debit payments were processed on the 19th August and no further payments will be taken. We recommend that for completeness customers cancel their DD instruction with their bank.  

Moving forward all customers will get reminders sent by email and in their delivered magazines of when their subscription comes to an end. The easiest way to renew is to follow the links from our website. Customer orders are now taken through harburnhobbbies.co.uk which is the retail arm of PECO.  Rest assured the management of customers, and their orders will still be the same team based in Beer.

Here you can view your active and lapsed subscriptions, renew and edit your subscription delivery address.

Just to reiterate, please don't worry, your magazine subscriptions are unchanged, Railway Modeller and Continental Modeller are still published by the same fabulous PECO Publications team, and your issues will arrive to your door as normal.
