PECO marks 80 years with special edition wagon packs
Celebrating 80 years of PECO Model Railways
2026 marks 80 years of PECO Model Railways, and to celebrate this milestone, PECO has created a special collection of rolling stock packs in OO-9, TT:120 and N Gauge.
Founded in 1946 by Sydney and Claudine Pritchard, PECO has grown from its beginnings into a name recognised by railway modellers around the world.
Each anniversary pack contains five models and a commemorative certificate, presented in a box featuring specially designed anniversary artwork. Alongside the unique '80 Years' Van, each pack brings together a selection of classic liveries and designs inspired by PECO history, including tributes to former models that have been out of production for some years.
The special edition packs will be released on 19 October 2026, subject to change.

A celebration of PECO history
Across the three gauges, the anniversary packs bring together some of the names, liveries and designs that form part of the wider PECO story.
From the S.C. Pritchard wagon, recalling PECO founder Sydney Pritchard, to designs inspired by the Wonderful Wagon and Quality Line ranges, each pack offers a different selection of models with links to PECO history. The OO-9 pack also includes a BHLR Hopper Wagon carrying the livery of wagon No. 3 from the Beer Heights Light Railway at Pecorama.
